Co-founder of ILM Martin Ricker (BSc Hons, Chemistry) has worked for many years in both the leather and media industries. He previously worked at BLC Leather Technology Centre, UK in the laboratory. He has worked-in and visited many tanneries and leather related companies, organisations and has attended many industry related events and exhibitions throughout the world. For over 20 years he has been working in the media industry specialising in the tanning sector. He is well-known in the sector and is highly regarded as a leading industry commentator.
Co-founder of ILM Maria Wallace (BA Hons English) has over 15 years’ experience in the media industry. Starting her career in PR & Marketing, she then went on to work in media sales, specialising in B2B. She has extensive experience in selling print and web based products as well as events. Maria is known for her consultative sales approach and creative ability. She works closely with clients to create campaigns that achieve goals and objectives.
