Mexican footwear sector seeks to limit imports from Vietnam

The so-called TPP-11, the Trans Pacific Partnership agreement involving the 11 countries retained from the original trade pact after the U.S. dropped out, would lead the Mexican footwear manufacturing sector to lose an estimated 40% of its domestic market.
