Brazilian footwear makers fear imports from Asia

Since the beginning of the year, footwear exports from Brazil have declined 24.5% in volume, compared with the first seven months of 2019. France as an export destination, however, showed signs of recovery in July with a 123% increase in Brazilian footwear imports, year-on-year.
